LaMaison HomeCare provides in-home care services, including personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing support, to clients in Atlanta and the surrounding Metro Atlanta area. The specific services, schedule, and fees for each client are set out in an individual care or service agreement.
2. Not Medical Advice or Emergency Services
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our website and services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you or your loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
3. Eligibility and Care Agreements
Services are provided subject to an assessment of care needs and a signed care or service agreement. That agreement, together with these Terms, governs the care relationship. Where the two differ regarding services, scheduling, or fees, the signed care agreement controls.
4. Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations
Care schedules, changes, and cancellation notice requirements are described in your care agreement. We ask that you provide reasonable notice of any changes so we can coordinate caregivers and maintain continuity of care.
5. Payment
Fees, accepted payment methods, and insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or private-pay arrangements are described in your care agreement and on our Payment Options page. Payment is due as set out in that agreement.
6. Use of This Website
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LaMaison HomeCare and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not copy, reproduce, or distribute its content without our permission.
